Fingerprinting Preparation
1. Make an Appointment

You will need a credit card to hold your appointment.
- Credit cards will be charged the full amount for no-shows
2. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
If your driver's license is expired, you are required to bring the renewal slip.
We will not fingerprint you without a valid ID.
- State-issued driver’s license or identification card
- United States passport
- United States active duty military identification card
- Retiree, or reservist military identification card
- INS I-551 resident alien card
- INS I-766 employment authorization card
- United States tribal identification card
3. Bring any blank fingerprint cards you were provided.
DO NOT fill out or sign the card before you arrive.
- We can only print on an actual fingerprint card, not a paper copy
We provide the current official FD-258 cards for those who were not provided with one.
4. Please be at least 5 MINUTES EARLY.
We provide location details when making your appointment.
Please prepare for your appointment by knowing how to navigate to our office.
If you are late and the next appointment arrives on time, we will pause your appointment to fully complete the next on-time appointment, which make delay your appointment by 30 minutes.
5. Prepare your hands.
Remove all jewelry, clean your hands of any dye, henna, oil, etc. before you arrive.
6. Do not bring extra people with you.
We cannot accommodate additional people.
7. Fee(s)
Fingerprinting Services at our location:
$45 to fingerprint each person on 2 (TWO) FD-258 cards. TWO is better than one! Get it done ONE time.
Add-on: $2 per large manila envelope, if needed.
Add-on: $30 for expedited services. If you need fingerprinting asap, the rush fee is in addition to the fingerprinting fee.
Mobile Fingerprinting Services:
$90 fingerprinting per person (up to 2 fingerprinting cards) ($180 minimum)
Add-on: $30 travel fee.
Add-on: $2 per large manila envelope you want to purchase.
Add-on: $100 for expedited services. If you need fingerprinting asap, the rush fee is in addition to the fingerprinting fee, minimum and travel fee.
Reimbursement for parking, if applicable.

8. Other
Ask the company/organization requiring your prints if you need additional forms or payments in addition to your fingerprinting. Do not fill out any form that must be completed at the fingerprinting, signed in the presence of the fingerprinting technician and completed by the technician.
You are responsible for knowing what is required of you for your fingerprinting. We only fingerprint you and then turn over your prints to you to do what is needed for your specific scenario.
Notary Preparation

2. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
If your driver's license is expired, you are required to bring the renewal slip.
We will not Notarize your documents without a valid ID.

3. Appear In-Person
The signer must appear in-person before the notary.
4. Bring your unsigned document(s).
DO NOT sign your document(s) before you arrive.
5. Please be at least 5 MINUTES EARLY.
We provide location details when making your appointment.

If you are late and the next appointment arrives on time, we will pause your appointment to fully complete the next on-time appointment, which make delay your appointment by 30 minutes.

$5 per document
Mobile Notary Services:
$5 per document
$30 travel fee
$180 minimum
$30 for expedited services. If you need a notary asap, the rush fee is in addition to other applicable fees.
